From February, 2011, till July, 2011, she was working at Invicta, Attorneys at Law as an assistant attorney. She was occupied with developing draft legal documents; monitoring laws, preparing analytical reports; keeping records of legal documents; preparing and filing statements of claims with administrative and economic courts;

From July, 2011, she was transferred from a position of an assistant attorney at Invicta Attorneys at Law to a position of an assistant attorney Ternovyi R.B. at Invicta Attorneys at Law. She was engaged in legal representation in judicial bodies of Ukraine, aiding legal assistance in various sectors and branches of law (subject to claim related specifics): civil law (judicial process), economic law (judicial process), administrative law and administrative court procedure (judicial process).

In March, 2016, she successfully passed an attorney proficiency examination and collected a certificate of Advocacy. Since then, Pekar Anastasia Oleksiivna has been working as an attorney at Invicta Attorneys at Law. She is occupied with representing natural and legal persons’ interests in litigation during civil, economic, administrative and constitutional court procedures, as well as in other governmental bodies, before natural and legal persons; she is also engaged in protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a suspect, an accused, a prisoner at the bar, a convict in a criminal proceeding, as well as of a person called to administrative account during hearing of a case on an administrative violation.
