Experience

From 2005 till 2007, Ruslan Bohdanovych was working at Praha Law Firm, occupied with legal support for activities of a registrar, a stockholder and a stockbroker; representing interests in corporate dispute courts.

From 2007 till 2009, he was practising at Aktio Law Firm, Attorneys at Law, where his basic fields of concern were criminal, tax and corporate law. He represented Aktio’s clients’ interests in judicial and law-enforcement authorities.

On September 25, 2008, he successfully passed an attorney proficiency examination and collected a certificate of Advocacy.

On August 19, 2009, Ternovyi Ruslan, together with his partners, founded Invicta Attorneys at Law, where he holds a post of Director and is in charge of advocacy in the sector of criminal, tax and economic law.
